What areas do you specialize in?

What’s the best thing about being a PT?
I find that the relationships I am able to build with my clients one of the most satisfying aspects of my job. Also being apart of a industry full of like minded people living the lifestyle and methods they are using to improve health in their community.
What’s your favourite exercise?
My favourite exercise is more of a stretch, the Jefferson Curl.
What’s your one tip for a gym beginner?
Be positive and open to trying new things, don’t let fear hold you back from achieving your goals or finding an exercise, class etc, that you absolutely love. Also seek the help of professionals when you are unsure.
What keeps you motivated?
Training with mates and enjoying the health benefits as a result of that training.
How do you deal with those cravings we all get?
I believe in balance for my clients and myself both in and out of the gym, if I do have a craving then I won’t deny myself but rather use it as motivation or as a reward to make sure all other choices are in line with my goals.
What’s your favourite cheat meal?
Definitely Burgers 🙂
Who would play you in a movie?
I would like to say someone like Channing Tatum…. but probably more like Jack Black
